If at any moment an attendee plans to cancel their visit to a particular scientific meet, they will have to pay a certain amount for cancellation.

The transaction charges cannot be refunded or returned.

Irrespective of late cancellation, there will be refunds made possible in whichever section we can accommodate.

The costs that are entirely under the control of the Conference Services and Management LLC will be returned, excluding transaction charges. However, costs that involve third-party assistance might not be returned in full.
